Ports LW Mec armors as proving grounds project as SPARK chassis

These chassis are a lot stronger than the infinite chassis, but costs more elerium cores to make.
You may uncomment the lines in XComContent.ini if you have EW mec ports cosmetics installed.
Recommended to be used with LW mecs as SPARKs

If for some reason the armor didn’t show up after you researched both SPARKs and plated armor, you’ll need to use console command LWArmorRefreshTechState to force a tech state refresh. The mod is supposed to auto refresh on first load but sometimes it might fail to do so.
