Russian variable floor tram
KTM-23 (officially – 71-623) is a 40% low floor, one way tram car manufactured by the Ust-Katav Carriage Works. It has been in production since 2009. 563 units are used in 22 Russian cities, as well as in Pavlodar, Lviv and Daugavpils. Most of the railcars are used in Moscow, Krasnodar, Magnitogorsk, Perm and Novokuznetsk.
