  • Experimental tax rework
  • Reduced Power Bloc cohesion loss per member from 1 to 0.5
  • Increase Power Bloc max mandates to 8
  • Massively buffed the use case of Take State overlord action
  • Added a Grant Recognition overlord action
  • Enforcing a war goal against a Great Power in a war as an Unrecognized Power instantly completes your Earning Recognition journal entry
  • Alaska starts fully colonised again
  • Increased base construction to 40
  • Doubled company bonuses
  • Increased credit limit GDP ratio from 5% to 10%
  • Reduced all turmoil effects by approx. 20%
  • Removed extra radicals effect from authority deficit
  • Further reduced radicals generated by high/very high taxes
  • Gave English, Welsh, Irish and Scots a Tea obsession
  • Gave Dutch a Coffee obsession
  • Increased obsession random roll chance per year from 0.5% to 2.0% baseline
  • Removed Services as a replacement good in the pop demands mod from Furniture, Clothing and Food (luxury and basic in all 3)
  • Reworked some agricultural state traits
  • Reduced non-rice farm construction cost from 200 to 100
  • Doubled output of Rubber Plantations and Oil Rigs
  • Buffed Homesteading but made it harder to pass
  • Changed France to start on Migration Controls
  • Buffed Trade Centers by reducing employment and Merchant Marine cost. Buffed Port Convoy production to maintain equivalent ratio of profitability
