Realistic XX century
This mod makes manpower and regiments limit 20 times bigger. Also features of goverments radically changed: communists and other totalitarian and authoritarian goverments can get more income at start and much easier recruit units, but economic development for them is much harder. It makes XX century wars more realistic.
To save game balance, this mod also change many other features: cost of units, military buildings, laws, legacies, battles and other. Therefore this mod might be unfriendly to others.
P.S. If someone know how to create mod with changes in code, please, write in comments. I made some code changes, but I have troubles with creating new game.jar file.
