Base 1440 UI Submod
Submod for those with 1440p screens. This mod aims to make various elements of the UI take up more vertical space, to reduce the need for scrollbars. This mod DOES NOT increase the size of individual elements, text won’t be easier to read, icons won’t be larger – it therefore isn’t and doesn’t try to be a replacement for UI scaling.
If you don’t have a 1440p screen – don’t use this. Larger screens may be ok, but I have only tested it for 2560×1440
Achievement Compatible
Status:
This is a new mod, if you find problems please report them and be specific.

– ?? your requests here
– Not doing as I don’t feel it’s needed (feel free to object)
Any f1 tab that isn’t listed above.
Gov Reform Window – tried and failed.
Compatibility:
In general should work with anything that doesn’t change vanilla UI windows
I have only run this with all DLC, may cause issue if you don’t have them all – please report them if so.
For any mod that let’s you pick a mission tree you must pick the tree without Base 1440 UI Submod enabled, then you can enable it.
Safe to add and remove mid play-through.
Explicitly not compatible with:
– M&T (my work to make the UI larger in that mod is already integrated into it)
– Anbennar – Will break some things if you use this alone, use the submod here AS WELL as this mod and it will work fine: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3443110356
Known issues:
Branching mission previews don’t work – turn the mod off, preview, turn it back on again.
Acknowledgements:
This mod includes visual assets from MEIOU and Taxes – much love to the team for being cool with that, and thanks!
