Description:

This is a nerfed version of my Combat Skills Matter More mod. It still focuses moreso on the Melee skill.

-Anything with less than 10 Melee will hardly, if ever, dodge. No more fat-rolling! At level 15, you will reach 50%, which is a lot. After that, the skill quickly ramp up how often the character dodges until 75% at level 20. The dodge chance cap is 95%.

-A 20 in Melee will still reduce stagger by 50%. Yes, even your Shooting pawns can find use in the Melee skill, unless they are a Hussar of course.

-Melee cooldowns are reduced by 50%. Melee skill no longer reduces cooldown speed. Good luck escaping melee combat.

-Shooting skill will still matter immensely, just not as much. At max level, Shooting pawns have their cooldowns reduced by 50%.

-A nerf to the Strong Melee Gene is now attached to the mod. 50% -> 25% additional melee damage.
