Steam Clock Tower
The temporary residence of Galega, his home away from "home." This clock tower looms over a fogged over city, ticking and chiming to a crowd of one. With spare tools and gadgets ransacked from the buildings below, Galega forges his mechanized equipment to destroy his foes.
