You need to disable the old one.
Why?
There is a mod called "Its just a scratch". Sadly, Shen’s Last Gift would break that mod since Sparks didn’t heal anymore. As a hommage to the mod and the fact that Sparks were affected I called this mod "Its just a Spark".
Troubleshooting:
If it crashes because you disabled Its just a Scratch, disable this, enable Just a Scratch, wait for a mission, save in tactical, then swap out the mods. This worked for me.
Apparently this also applies if you didn’t use it’s just a scratch before. In this case, drop the activation of Scratch.
