Changes from SSPCM:
– Fixed error with map teleportation
– Remove and rewrite old redundant and unperformant code
– Starts by default
– Removed child proofing and tattling code
– Ability to respawn in sp instead of ending the game
– Works in non-dedicated mp
– not guaranteed to be stable in dedicated mp (unable to test myself)
