Ruler of Everything, from the Tally Hall music video of the same name is in Rivals of Aether!
Ruler of Everything, while slow and floaty, makes up for this with power and range, with moves referencing Tally Hall as well as its members’ solo projects.
Moveset:
NSpecial -Little Guys
Ruler throws one of the "little guys". While this attack is weak, it can help mix-up your opponent
FSpecial – Shia Suprise!
Ruler summons the infamous cannibal, Shia Labeouf. If grabbed, Shia Labeouf will shoot you, sending you up in the air.
DSpecial – Mechanical Hands
Ruler turns back time to heal damage previously dealt with during the fight. While this is useful, it is rather slow and leaves you wide open to attack. You can’t attack when using this but you can jump, shield, or move to stop the healing.
Uspecial – Teleport
Ruler teleports around the stage. You can influence it’s direction.
