NSPECIAL has Goblet Dweller fire a bullet. This attack kills early and has a long reach, so it’s best to use it to close out stocks!
Advance forward. Goblet advances forward. He advances forward. Forward.
Spin upward. Goblet spins upward. He spins upward. Upward.
DSPECIAL spawns a hitbox around Goblet Dweller, but doesn’t cancel your current state — which allows Goblet to do two attacks at once! This is just Shine. I’m sorry.
