Description:

Elder Kings Religion Overhaul enhanced a large amount of religious content, making it richer, more lore-accurate, and more interesting.

Unformed Faiths

There are numerous religions and faiths in Nirn, many of which lack reliable creed or standardized rituals, and even show loose and splintered characteristics, which are classified as unreformed in CK3. Nirn deserves them from the perspective of realism and lore.

Including:
"Unformed Faiths"
"Reform mechanism that matches the game rhythm"
"Fix: Reformed faith icons"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Missing God Extended

More accurate Missing God beliefs, more interesting Missing God mechanisms, more reasonable Missing God reforms, more useful Missing God attitudes.

Including:
"Missing God: Truth"
"Missing God: Esteem"
"Missing God: Imperiousness"
"Missing God: Pity"
"Missing God: Neutral"
"Missing God: Prohibition"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Red Diamond

The Red Diamond Religion is a general term for a series of human beliefs. Their common feature is that they have a profound understanding of the missing god and Akatosh, who is considered one of the two sides of the same coin, which is different from other religions. From “The High One” to “Ehlnokhan”, many of the existing names of gods in Nirn that are closest to the truth of the Arena of the Gods were born from the Red Diamond Religion.

Including:
"New Faith: Worldly-God"
"New Faith: Temple Zero Society"
"Fix: Hero Cult"
"Fix: Alessian Order"
"Fix: Temple of the One"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Divines Religions

This is the religion followed by most humans, who worship the gods of the heartland Nedes during the Alessian uprising. Some elven gods also have some overlap with them. Later, the Nords applied the Divines system to reform their totems.

Including:
"Completely reworked"
"Delete the ridiculous pseudo-concept: Nedic-Nordic"
"New Faith: Alessian Divines Cult"
"New Faith: Divines Cult"
"New Faith: Highrock Rite"
"New Faith: Nordic Conversion"
"New Faith: Yoku Conversion"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Ayleid Religions

After the Ayleids left the Summerset Isles, they developed the Ayleid Religion. As a unique nation, the Ayleids have never disappointed us with their innovation in religious affairs. They have their own utilitarian attitude towards the Divines, the princes, and even the Missing God. Therefore, the Ayleid Religion is a broad term, and there are also great differences between the faiths within it.

Including:
"New Faith: Atatari"
"New Faith: Wendelbeki"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Aetherial

The Magna-Ge, literally ‘Star Orphans,’ were those et’Ada who departed Nirn when it became clear that its creation would sap them of their power. Led by #LORE [compendium_magnus]#!, they fled to Aetherius, tearing holes in the sky which we now know as the stars and the sun. All magic emanates forth from them, and thus their veneration is not unknown amongst mages and scholars.

Including:
"New Faith: Nine Coruscations"
"Fix: Pantheon"
"Fix: Magna-Ge"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Akaviri Religions

The continent of Akavir lies far to the East of Tamriel, and over the centuries has attempted to invade it on multiple occassions. Though little is known of it for sure; the inhabitants are known to worship their ancestors, as well as a pantheon of four spirits of elements and cardinal directions.

Including:
"New Faith: Dragonguard Brotherhood"
"Fix: Akaviri Mysticism"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Nedic Path

Nedic Path was created by the Heartland Nedes. They focus on the worship of the Divines and many mystical symbols. They are the forerunners of the Divines worship in all of Tamriel. The Nedders’ independent and firm faiths can even influence the faiths of the elves.

Including:
"Independent Nedic Divines Faiths"
"New Faith: Ancestor Cult"
"New Faith: Primeval Divines"
"New Faith: Ancestor Moth"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Spirits Paths

The Spirits Paths was originally created by the Middle and Northern Nedic people. Whether it is the Thousand Gods or the Reach Old Gods, the core is the Spirits Paths. The Spirits Paths emphasizes the identity of et’Ada, that is, the gods and mortals are no different in essence, and the Magna and the Daedra are only different in strength. They can all exert influence on the world. This understanding of et’Ada by Spirits Followers has helped them become the group closest to the metaphysical truth in the history of Nirn, even if they themselves may not realize it.

Including:
"New Faith: The Old Ways"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Aldmer Paths

The faith was born during the reign of the Aldmer. At the heart of its teachings is ancestor worship, which over time evolved into a belief in hero gods and Aedra.

Including:
"Deleted the mess of Malada"
"More lore-accurate texts"

Compatibility

Some EK2 sub-modules are not compatible and have many problems of their own. I won’t point them out here, but I still hope that everyone will pay attention to some modules that change a lot of flavored images and don’t use them with this module or other EK sub-modules. Or you can go into the "common" folder of that type of module and delete the "religion" folder. That’s what I did myself.

Nevertheless,
Submod for EK2- Holdings Art
Elder King 2 – More Unique Building v2
are fully compatible with this module, so please feel free to use them.
