All military units gain 100% extra experience when fighting against enemy civilizations. Additionally, each military unit has 2 reduced maintenance cost and starts with one upgrade.
International trade routes provide an additional 2 culture and science yield.

During the first 10 turns of declaring war or being declared war upon, all military units gain +5 combat strength and +1 movement, not cumulative.
Quantum Leap: Select any unit for instant teleportation to any explored territory, with a 5-turn cooldown. Cooldown is shared among all units.
Declaring friendship with other leaders grants 2% science and culture output, doubled when forming an alliance.
Replaces Campus, only adjacent districts grant +1 adjacent science yield, player gains +1 general science yield with each passing era. Generates 1 point of Great Scientist and Great General points.
Replaces Barracks, cannot be built around the City Center.
+1 production for each adjacent district. Produces food equal to production adjacency bonus.
Provides +2 corresponding yield adjacency bonus to adjacent specialized districts.
