You must install Extended Common Infected to not see errors.
What this addon does:
Basically makes the casual-clothed infected more common while infected wearing uniforms become uncommon or rare in most levels (i.e. military, police, workers, etc…) Also adds new infected models in locations where they’re supposed/implied to appear at.
This DOES NOT increase the infected count.
