Delays Conquest AI defense reinforcement waves from spawning between 5~7 minutes to between 10~14 minutes.
Attacks AI delayed from 6~8 minutes to between 8~10 minutes.
Compatible with any mods that do not modify the AI file "bot.data.lua"
