Copy the UPK and uncompressed.upk file from:

Use them to replace the ones from:

you probably want to back up the original upk files before doing so.

My highlander has a cleaner implementation of Training Roulette
The default training roulette settings in my highlander are a bit different though,
Instead of training roulette all your soldiers, soldiers from rewards are roulette soldiers.
And instead of classes being rouletted, the roulette soldiers are their own roulette class, with random primary and secondary weapon combinations.
These settings can of course be tweaked via config.

Dodge scales with miss chance, instead of being cut-off at 100%

Example – 99% Aim & 33% Dodge
Previously: 66.33% Hit, 32.67% Graze, 1% Miss
Now: 98.67% Hit, 0.33% Graze, 1% Miss

Example – 60% Aim & 33% Dodge
Previously: 40.2% Hit, 19.8% Graze, 40% Miss
Now: 46.8% Hit, 13.2% Graze, 40% Miss

This naturally a huge nerf to dodge for the aliens, so dodge stats on all aliens have been doubled.

Overwatches on player turn can now crit

Secondary weapons now have different weapon customization than your primary weapon.

Miscellaneous
Stunned enemies are no longer considered towards flanking (Useful for Grimy’s Bruiser Mod)
Allows mission objective timers to still be visible with Grimy’s Mission Timers

FAQ

What is a highlander mod?
A highlander mod is one that edits xcomgame.u.
A highlander mod always conflicts with other highlander mods.
There can only be one highlander mod active in your load order at a time.

Can you upload these changes separately?
If I did, I’d have separate highlander mods, and by definition all of them would conflict with each other.
It’s better to upload them as one mod and give you the option to enable/disable each of the features.
