EaWX: TR 3.4, FotR 1.4 & RR 0.5 – Less Starting Forces Submod

This is an EaWX unofficial submod that works for Thrawn’s Revenge, Fall of the Republic and Revan’s Revenge. It reduces the starting forces given to all factions by a half, however it only affects the spawn script and will not affect planets with fixed starting forces. Should work with most submods.
