否则庞统不会出现在世界中。
庞统206~210会出现在刘备派系，之后会转投你的派系。
兼容旧档和其他mod。

Otherwise pang_tong won’t spawn in the world.
Pang_tong will spawn in faction of Liu_bei between 206~210, then he will transfer to your faction.
Compatible with old save and other mod.
