Tired of reimporting your character customization every campaign?
This mod lets you start a campaign with certain characters from your character pool.
It also lets you give those soldiers a higher rank and a certain class if you want, just make the appropriate changes via INI:
C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappsworkshopcontent268500683306035ConfigXComStartingSoldiers.ini
Default settings:
You start with 4 random squaddies.
