Simple Flags, Patches & Markers Remastered! (National, Ideological and more!) (V. 0.4)

This is a remaster of my old addon “Simple ideological national flag patches and markers. (And more!)”, with more detailed patches and newly added flags. The addon adds simple flags, patches and markers of nations, regions, groups, colonies and unions, both real and fictional. In the case of the national flags, patches and markers, there are 4 ideological variants (inspired by games like Hearts of Iron 4), which makes this ideal for civil war and alt-history/future scenarios. I decided to downscale from six to four ideologies, due to I wanted to streamline by decreasing things that where unlikely to be used. However to make up for this, I have added many countries and also a colonial category.
