Dark Elves Executioner Heroes
Adds two Heroes to the Dark Elves specializing in displacing heads from torsos.
Executioness can be recruited along with Death Hags.
The Master Executioner can be recruited along with Masters.
Cold One Mount removed due to CA issues.
Black Textures are from my textures mod, use whatever texture mod you want if you so desire.
