The Looker for DMS
it looks like The Watcher broke DMS atm I AM AWARE but using solely opacity and transparency allows appears to be a workaround and it still works ingame yum. i am literally using it in my watcher campaign. trust the method

How to use
-install DMS
-select Get Fancy
-change watcher (or anyone reallys) face to "The Looker"
-set color to FFFFFF
-save and PROFIT !!!!
