His COMBAT OPERANDI include card manipulation, card retention, character statistics that persist per-run, highly synergistic card options, tricky sequencing and crazy combos.
Balanced around Ascension 15 (and below) without other mods installed.
Your bread and butter, and most synergistic cards. They either set up your combos or apply effects when frequently-attainable requirements are met.
Cards that focus on discarding/exhausting from the hand, retaining utility cards for when they’re most useful, and applying equal temporary effects to all characters.
Cards that focus on temporary health and heavy hits, with support cards continuing to add permanent VIM to your gauges so you can play the more powerful VIM cards sooner.
Cards that focus on the top of your deck, and gathering a high amount of temporary IMAGINATION in order to play powerful cards that would otherwise drain your permanent stats.
Cards that are powerful and useful in any deck, but permanently drain stats from you.
