No Negative Generals Movement Trait Effects

Traits like "An Eye for the Ladies" completely ruins a Generals utility. It is especially fustrating as the game does not provide a way to remove these traits.

This mod sets the negative movement modifiers for traits like "An Eye for the Ladies" and "Likes His Food" to 0. This means when Generals / Agent receive these traits, they will not have a negative movement modifier applied to them.

Note: Unfortunately this will not remove the negative trait modifier applied to Generals who have already received these traits in saved games.

Tested with FOTS, but should also work for original game.
