The Cold War ended over 3 decades ago, but tensions are still as high as ever. Since the collapse of the late USSR in 1991, the world still wasn’t a safe place even with its demise. Internal conflicts have rocked numerous African countries, a civil war across the Middle East and the ongoing war in Ukraine is leading the world ever so closer to World War III. Tensions are escalating rapidly between the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan, a long-standing "cold war" between the two countries since 1949, and China is beginning to show dramatic hostility to the Taiwanese. In Europe, the Russian invasion of Ukraine has sent shockwaves throughout Eastern Europe; meanwhile in the Middle East Syria, Iraq and Yemen are facing dramatic internal conflicts. The world has never been closer to another major war than it has now. But the question is, will Germany be the agressor once again?
