Loadouts for the A-6E and the EA-6B, as well as some fixes for both

new Loadouts currently included:
A-6E:
Strike Heavy: 28x Mk 82, 25x Chaff
Anti Ship Patrol: 1x AIM-9L, 1x AGM-84 (Harpoon), 1x Droptank, 4x CBU-100 (Single Drop), 1x GBU-12, 25x Chaff
AntiTank: 10x GBU-12, 25x Chaff
Meme: 30x AGM-84 (Harpoon), 25x Chaff

EA-6B:

SEAD Light: 2x AGM-45 Shrike, 2x Droptanks, 25x Chaff, (1x AN/ALQ-99 Jammer) (this is the base game SEAD Loadout renamed)
SEAD: 2x AGM-78 Standard ARM, 2x Droptanks, 25x Chaff, (1x AN/ALQ-99 Jammer)
SEAD Heavy: 2x AGM-45 Shrike, 2x AGM-78 Standard ARM, 25x Chaff, (1x AN/ALQ-99 Jammer)

Additionally this mod increases the range of the A-6Es Pavetack to 15nm, and reduces its targetting channels to 1
