Description:

Adds a new slot to the GTS that retrains soldiers to a "special class" specified in the .ini file. Useful if you have a lot of overpowered class mods and you don’t want it to be common.

Code is derived from [WOTC] Rebuild Soldier by TeslaRage, so, compatibility issues and such are the same.

I only changed the UIChooseClass method to use the array from the config instead.

feel free to report if there are any bugs, and i will fix it immediately.
