Sceptile, the Final form of Treecko, joins Rivals Workshop!
I gave him a Smash meter. to activate it when full just use Nspecial button.
he only has one jump but its a bigger jump than most characters.
later i might add his poison and leaf shuriken moves but i dont know where i could put them
