In this minor adjustments mod, I’ve added a few balance changes to Paracausalist. Anything not mentioned is the exact same as the current version (of time at upload).

General: Debuffs on targets now scale correctly
Short Burst:
Acc Adjusted to scale correctly
Changed DMG vs Ectomorphs to a consistent +30% DMG vs Marked

Scanner Scope:
Marks target
Buff party acc: 10>18

Photon Flare:
XOOO vs O-OXX
Back 1
Acc Debuff scales from 10>15

Goligher Cage:
Shuffle now can’t ignore resistance
Stress tooltip shortened

Nucleo-Protonic Ray:
Instead of scaling damage from -20% to -16%, it no longer scales, and stays at -15%, also removed vs Ectomorphs damage buff.
