Qing Army Soldier 1900
This is my second attempt at a skin. It is a Chinese regular rifleman of the Qing Dynasty, one of the modernized units in the Army Corps from the Chih-Li Province of the Empire. The identification insignia is "Hand Painted" with "brush and bucket", so there might be spelling mistakes in my 19th century Traditional Chinese. It was a hard job, took me fifty minutes to draw, but I had a lot of fun with it.
In the insignia, from Traditional Chinese to English:
The lower horizontal section translates as ‘The right wing regiment of the Army of Huai under the commander-in-chief Li Hung-chang. The left vertical section translates as ‘regular soldiers’, the central section as ‘left barracks’ and the right section as ‘patrol or guards’.
ATTENTION: 3D model by artist "Trector " (Sketchfab Username). The model, a Dadao (Big Sword) is NOT included in the mod and is there just for scenery, Mellamomellano has a Dadao avaliable for you to use as a weapon.
