Monument Effects for Overlords – No Requirements Patch
This is a patch for Monument Effects for Overlords 1.37 which allows the Overlord to gain monument effects from subjects regardless of whether the subject fulfills the requirements.
The monument requirements must still be met in order to build or upgrade the monuments, unless using a separate mod which removes the requirements altogether (such as Great Monuments Expanded – All for All for GME monuments).
