Demand Courtier For Everyone
I find it strange that, in vanilla, non-nomadic rulers can demand courtiers exclusively from their tributaries.
This simple mod enables tribal, clan, feudal, and administrative rulers to use "Demand Courtier" and "Demand Concubine" (if relevant) interactions toward their vassals.
Non-nomads will need at least second level of crown authority (which enables vassal retraction, imprisonment in tribal realms, etc.)
Within administrative hierarchies, these demands will be more readily accepted.
Every other vanilla restriction still applies.
Compatible with everything.
Doesn’t override any vanilla files.
