The world after WW3 if nobody won
I have seen people make scenarios where russia or the usa wins ww3 but realisticaly a third world war wouldnt have a winner. This scenario explores the world 40 years after the war where both the west and the east have been shatered and left as shells of their former power. Will the old powers make a return or will the rising powers in the south usher in a new era of the world lead not by the USA Europe and China but rather Brazil A.S.E.A.N and the east african federation. (also the nukes mutated some birds and made them sapient)
