Fallout Universe
So I noticed, there was really no high quality Pre-War Fallout scenarios on the workshop, so I made this. (Note: most countries I made off the top of my head, so this isn’t really accurate, but does okay with what I’m trying to do.)

The year is 2050, its been 107 years since the start of the cold war, the USSR has slowly started to warm up the USA, and any attempts by officials in China to marketize more have failed. Most of Western Europe has been united under the European Commonwealth, and the Arab countries have united, now controlling a significant part of oil industry. But resources such as oil have started to dwindle, it is predicted large scale wars will break out across earth by 2053.
