Busharts Un-Sharted (After the End submod)
Makes defunct Bushart bloodline and dynasty active and viable in ATEff 1.2
After the End Fan Fork v1.2 introduced the "Cyclical Blood of Amanda" Bushart bloodline…. sort of. While the bloodline is listed in the ledger, it is already extinct as of 2666. The sole remaining Bushart, Claire of Beyond Hope, was brought into the family by her adoptive father, and thus she does not receive the bloodline. Further, her situation is dire as starts go – she is 64 years old and has two sons (her religion, Gaianism, prefers Enatic succession), both of whom are the dynasty of her husband, Picard John-Luke. The Busharts seem destined to be forgotten, their bloodline along with them.
Not so with this mod. Now not only does Claire Bushart have her family’s bloodline, but her children have turned to daughters, one of whom was born out of wedlock into her own dynasty, and both of whom carry on the matrilineal bloodline. She’s still a difficult start, but no longer literally impossible – and with a powerful bloodline making marriage alliances possible in your next generation, taking back all of the Kingdom of Vancouver and taking on the mantle of General of Gaia is well within grasp.
CHANGES:
-Changes Claire Bushart’s father to her mother, and a woman, so she can inherit the matrilineal bloodline.
-Removes Claire Bushart’s "Adopted" trait, which prevents bloodline inheritance.
-Changes Tiberius John-Luke to Jadzia Bushart – from man to woman – to allow the bloodline’s endurance in a Beyond Hope start.
-Changes Linwood John-Luke to Nerys John-Luke – from man to woman – to allow the bloodline’s endurance in a Chilliwack start.
FUTURE CHANGES:-None likely, aside from minor tweaks to the character files such as Claire’s mother’s name.
