Nuln Ironsides (Outdated and Retired)
This mod is dead because i really have no idea how to update for "hunter and monster" , i don’t know why this mod is incompatible with this new game version . I don’t know which tables need to be changed. If someone help me , i will update it.

Thanks "Apollo" for making it in WH1, and thanks "★★Ī℟₳₦★★" for transplanting it to WH2.
The original mod has already lacked of maintenance. So i try to update it and fix many problems it owns.
And this version isn’t compatible with the original one.

Description:
These mod add 3 units and 1 ROR to Empire. They can only be recruited in Nuln’s landmark.
1.Ironsides Infantry
halberd soldiers with better armor. Can form a special formation to bear the charge.
2. Ironsides Thunderstriker
Commando in ironsides. they use shotguns to break the lines then charge to clear up the left of enemies.
3.Ironsides Stormbringer
Have a special skill to turn their guns to gatling temporarily.
4.Ironsides Veteran (ROR)
Can change their shooting style by your command. Their weapons can even have both the damage power of shotgun and shooting speed of gatling in the same time. As a melee fighters, they also do well.
These 3 range infantry are not easy to be used. I don’t want to create some soldiers who can be just put in the battle field then they will kill a lots of enemies by their own. No , i don’t. They need you to pay attention to the timing of activating their special skills.
5.new Unit : Ironsides Bastioner
Mace soldiers with better armor. Can form a special formation.

Q: What’s different from the original one ?
A1:Fix a lot of bugs,redesign some skills effect,make some new unit card and icon…
A2: make these units more balanced..
A3:neaten some chaotic and disordered codes. Now you guys can change them more easily by yourself

A: I don’t know. I don’t play that.But welcome to make a compatible version by your own.

Q: Why these unit all have a attribution named " shield on back" ??
A: I don’t mean to. It dues to the 3d model in the original mod. I fail to remove the shield on their back, and they actually don’t use these shields in battle animation(because the based game doesn’t have suitable animation for gun/sword/shield users). So i have to add this attribution to explain why they carry shields on their back.

Q:Why the Ironsides Veteran’s projectiles not change to shotgun’s bullets when they change their shooting style to shotgun ?
A: The concept of projectiles shifting was written in the original mod, but actually it doesn’t work successfully in WH2. I don’t know if CA disabled the projectiles-changing function in WH2, all i can do are to simulate the weapon changing by some effects of number changing.
