Local warlord "Ravax the Scourge" has seized the crash site with a small militia force. He’s made the ship a centerpiece of his war camp—but intel confirms he hasn’t cracked how to operate it yet.
If he gets help—tech experts, mercenaries, or worse—this ship becomes a WMD in the hands of a madman.
