Less Irrational Eccentrics
This mod changes the [ir]rationality value of the Eccentric trait from "dominating" to "very high". This allows the trait to be offset by the Calm or Intelligent traits for a balanced rationality value. Previously eccentricism could only be offset by the Genius trait.
Also removes the block that prohibits characters from having the stubborn trait and eccentricism trait at the same time.
