This mod changes things related to raiding:
I. Allows recruiting outcasts.
II. Enables the "Pillage" dynasty legacy.
I. Outcast Men-at-Arms
Outcasts are men-at-arms that are usually available to characters with the "Gallowsbait" trait.
There are four types of outcast men-at-arms: bandits, looters, poachers and marauders. Looters have been appropriately renamed to deserters.
These men-at-arms have also been scaled up from 50 soldiers to 100 soldiers per regiment size. They also speed up sieges.
To be able to recruit them, you need to meet 1 of these requirements:
1. Have the cultural tradition "Practiced Pirates" (culture_can_raid_at_sea_even_if_feudal).
2. Have the cultural tradition "Battlefield Looters" (gain_gold_from_battles).
3. Reach the 4th level of the pillage dynasty legacy, "Making a Killing".
II. Legacy
To get the "Pillage" legacy, have the cultural tradition "Practiced Pirates" cultural tradition.
This mod overwrites:

/localization/english/dlc_ep3_decisions_l_english.yml
/common/dynasty_legacies/98_fp1_legacies.txt
/common/dynasty_perks/01_fp1_dynasty_perks.txt
