pre-Shadows Rising
Removes the ability of all XL races to steal research.
Only works in new games after enabling mod and restarting game after enabling. Specifically compatible with XL, must be after in the load order.
Do not use with any other NTS mods or without XL!
Like XL, all expansions are required.
