本MOD拓展了《维多利亚3》中与医疗、制药、公共健康相关的内容,通过添加商品与pop需求为游戏引入医疗产业链,并修改了医保机制。
💉 核心内容:
医疗需求,建筑与商品:我为pop添加了医疗需求,该需求会消费药物与本地商品“治疗”。医院生产本地商品“治疗”。而制药厂则生产药物。并设计了对应生产方式与科技。之所以这么设置是因为现实里医院也是自负盈亏,即有盈利与亏损能力。同时ai与投资池也会自发建设医院与制药厂。
新的卫生保障体系:在原版游戏中卫生保障体系只需要消耗一些行政点数,就可以提供减死亡率,加生活水平等buff。个人认为不太合理。因此,我修改了法律,为医院增加了随医保法律变化的生产方式。现在大部分的医疗buff将由医院提供,同一地区医院越多,buff越强。同时政府需要为buff支付对应的福利金与行政点数。当然医保法律还是保留了一些用处,现在它可以增加污染减免与医院吞吐量。
此外,三种医保法律也会让医院转向不同功能。慈善医院会减少死亡率,增加粮食安全。私人医院盈利能力最强,同时增加上层阶级生活水平。公立医院减吞吐量,但是可以直接增加当地生活水平。
生产方式扩展与新科技树:细菌学、免疫学、放射学、输血、青霉素等历史上关键医学科技。
真实历史公司:辉瑞、拜耳、默克、武田制药、同仁堂等历史药企已加入游戏。但目前只是准备了基本美术资源作为占位,等1.9更新后我会根据更新内容尽快进行修改适配。
更多军队动员选项:输血,感染治疗,战地救护车与包扎。
增加了新事件,现在地主,教会与实业家会赞助医院,在地区上生成医院建筑。
为城镇中心添加了提供SOLbuff与污染减免的排水系统生产方式。

🏥 Medicine Expansion for Victoria 3
This mod expands the medical, pharmaceutical, and public health systems in Victoria 3 by introducing a complete medical industry chain. It adds new goods and POP needs while overhauling the health insurance mechanics.
💉 Key Features
Medical Needs, Buildings, and Goods
This mod introduces a new healthcare need for POPs, which is fulfilled by consuming two types of goods: Medicine and a new local good called Healthcare.
Hospitals produce Healthcare.
Pharmaceutical plants produce Medicine
Corresponding production methods and technologies have been implemented.
This setup reflects the real-world nature of hospitals as profit/loss-generating entities. AI and investment pools will also autonomously construct hospitals and pharmaceutical industries.
Overhauled Health Insurance System
In vanilla, health insurance laws provide mortality and standard-of-living bonuses by simply spending some bureaucracy — which felt too abstract and unbalanced.
This mod reworks the system by:
Assigning production methods to hospitals based on active health insurance laws
Shifting most medical buffs to hospital buildings — the more hospitals in a state, the stronger the effect
Linking these buffs to state spending via welfare subsidies and bureaucracy costs
The three health insurance laws now steer hospitals into distinct roles:
Charity Hospitals reduce mortality and improve food security
Private Hospitals are highly profitable and raise upper-class SoL
Public Hospitals reduce throughput but directly boost local SoL
Expanded Production Methods & New Tech Tree
Adds historically important medical breakthroughs such as:
Bacteriology;Immunology;Radiology;BloodTransfusion and
Penicillin.
Historical Pharmaceutical Companies
Includes classic names like Pfizer, Bayer, Merck, Takeda, and Tong Ren Tang.
Currently, these companies use placeholder artwork. Full integration will follow the 1.9 update.
New Mobilization Options for Armies
Includes battlefield features like Blood Transfusion, Infection Treatment, Field Ambulances, and Bandaging.
Landedowners, devout, and industrialists can now sponsor hospitals through events, resulting in the construction of hospital buildings in specific states.
Added a drainage system production method to the urban center, providing a SOL buff and pollution reduction.

Available in both Simplified Chinese and English.
