Tillamook
It’s Tillamook, on the Oregon coast. There are mountains around on 3 sides, and the ocean on the west. The estuary has many small streams dividing it. It is up to you to terraform it if you want to use that space. There is plenty of flat land in the middle, but it may take some time to get there from the borders. There are courtesy stone patches to get your gravel industry started. Some of the resources are more challenging to reach than others. As usual, the better ones are harder to reach.
