Playermodel and NPC of Margaret/Maggie/Mags from the Team Fortress 2 comics.

She tall, but smaller than the original ragdoll.

Required or you’ll have missing textures. It’s also a great model so rate it up.

Includes bodygroups and jigglebones where you would expect.
No faceposing. Use the original ragdoll for that.
