surgery but fast

big thanks to UMP45 for doing stuff

• They are under ARC9 – INS1
• ABSOLUTELY NO CHARMS, CAMO OR STICKERS, don’t ask for them, useless
• Animations has been sped up (not by changing framerate, i cut down frames manually)
• some custom weapons
• has a few original attachments, but uses smorgasbord’s shared attachments
• intentionally not using the fire_iron anims
