AI not allowed to create Empires of France/Britannia/Carpathia/Scandinavia
/! This mod ONLY AFFECTS A.I. it does not disable the creation of those empires for Human players /!
I wanted to preserve the correct numbering of the european monarchs when I play.
So this mod prevents the A.I. kings from creating the Empires of France / Great Britain / Carpathia / Scandinavia (it does not prevents an already emperor A. I. to create those empires).
It prevents the Karling A. I. from creating the empire of Italy.
It prevents the A. I. christian kings from creating the empire of Hispania with the vanilla mechanic of title creation (the mod does not affect the creation of the empire by an A.I. with the Iberian struggle mechanic).

Empires where the primary title is the condition to prevent the title creation :
– Empire of France if the Primary title is k_france or k_navarra
– Empire of Britannia if Primary title is k_england
– Empire of Carpathia if Primary title is k_hungary
– Empire of Scandinavia if Primary title is k_sweden or k_norway or k_denmark
Empires where the dynasty is the condition to prevent the title creation :
– Empire of Italy if the A.I. king is belonging to the Karling dynasty
Empires where the primary title OR christian faith is the condition to prevent the title creation :
– Empire of Hispania if Primary title is one of the christian kingdoms or if the faith is a christian faith (this only affects the situation when the iberian struggle doesn’t exist)
