Somewhere along the line, CA reduced the growth that Lizardmen get from their main settlement building, as well as the saurus recruitment building.
Lizardmen now have their province growth increased, back to their original base value of 40.
Saurus building costs are reduced by 1,000.
The first building in the Saurus recruitment building chain can be made at a tier 1 settlement.
This avoids skink cohort spam, which is dreary. Now the Lizardmen will be fielding their Saurus troops as they did in earlier patches.
