Description:

Add a new district – Medical Quarter, primarily focused on food. Includes the following buildings:

Apothecary

Hospital

Medical Lab

Special replacements:

Bimaristan: A district unique to Arabia. Replaces the Medical Quarter. +0.5 Science per Population.

Herbal Hut: A building unique to Norway. Grants a Berserker when completed.

Imperial Academy of Medicine: A building unique to China. When built in the Capital, all cities receive +2 Housing, +2 Food and +1 Amenity.
