Usable + Raiding v2
This mod makes it so that Feudal, Clan, and Theocratic governments can effectively use cities without needing them to be controlled by vassals + can raid just like Tribal and Nomadic governments.
Mod compatibility: This mod changes the 00_government_types file so it should work with everything that doesn’t change it.
DLC compatibility: I made this mod with all the DLC enabled so I don’t know if they affect it or not.
Also I am not good at modding so if there are any issues or if you have or suggestions lemme know :p
Also also if anyone wants to update or add something to this mod and upload it as your own new mod, I don’t mind.
