A mod for anyone sick of France always disrupting their plans and diplomatic plays. France has fractured into multiple independent countries, each with its own government and market. French colonies/territories have been returned to their rightful owners.
These new independent countries have been made out of regions that share historical connections and cultural unity.
As the simulation progresses, these countries will participate in diplomacy, trade, and warfare just like any other nation.
