YORE
The modest port of Urlington offers a unique service: the ability to refine a new crafting material. This crafting material, called Yore, is the distilled essence of time. It can be used to craft weapons and armor that accelerate the user’s Time to Act in combat.
Yore is refined from the fossils you find in groves. They are ancient enough to have accrued the time magic needed to create Yore. The refining process takes about a week, and cannot be reversed. When you first arrive in Urlington, the facilities will be limited to refining only one fossil per week. Savvy adventurers may be able to expand the port’s operations with careful repairs.
Apart from refining Yore, Urlington is also noteworthy as being the only source of badges! Badges are augments that can be placed in armor to enhance your skill with weapons. Badges can be upgraded to increase the weapon bonus they provide. Be warned! Only a few badge upgrades are available, and the upgrading process is irreversible.
